What we process

Contact form. When you submit the form, your name, company, e-mail address and message are sent to us. This data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation.

Server logs. The hosting infrastructure may keep access logs as a technical necessity.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

Contact form data is kept for at most two years after the enquiry is closed; if it becomes a commercial relationship, it is retained for the period required by applicable legislation.

Third parties

Form submissions are delivered through the Formspree service. Beyond this, your data is not shared with third parties.

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Article 11) and the GDPR where applicable, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, and to have it corrected or erased. Use the e-mail address below for such requests.

Confidentiality of client data

Technical data you send us in the course of a project (CAD, test results, operating conditions) is treated as confidential; it is not shared with third parties, used as a reference, or published for promotional purposes without your written consent.
